Players Club Representative (FT)

Responsible for the recruitment of guests to join the Players Club. Also, responsible for educating guest on the specifics and benefits of Player’s Club membership. Representative will be a part of a team that executes each and every promotion.

Security Officer (FT)

Provides a secure environment for the customers and employees. Safeguards the assets of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following. Other duties may be assigned: Provides for the protection and well-being of guests, employees and property. Adheres to departmental policies, procedures, objectives and safety programs. Provides escorts during the following, but not limited to: slot bill validator drop, slot bucket drop, and sensitive keys, etc. Completes all required incident reports in a neat, thorough, accurate and timely manner.

Security Dispatcher (PT)

The security dispatcher is responsible for all specific radio communications and telecommunication within the casino. Assists in safeguarding the assets of the company. Knowledge of computer usage and data programs. Understands and follows proper procedure for portable and base radio use. Dispatches security officers to requested specific areas. Proper handling and documentation of the lost and found items. Understanding of radio communication 10-codes.

EVS Lead (FT)

This position will be responsible for lead and supervise EVS attendants to maintaining a clean, safe and attractive environment for team members, patrons and vendors of 7 Street Casino. Ensure the achievement of departmental productivity objectives and service quality standards, communicate with Supervisor when short on chemicals and cleaning tools inventory. Utilize systems for inspecting and managing the quality of EVS services. Provide and ensure timeliness and efficiency of services. Ensure procedures are followed according to standards. Provide training for EVS staff.

EVS Attendant (PT)

This position will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and attractive environment for team members, patrons and vendors of 7 Street Casino. This is a non-supervisory position. Provide stellar customer service including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service. Perform cleaning duties in all areas of the facility including, but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and spot, stain or dirt removal of all floors, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies, dusting, scrubbing, sanitizing, and buffing including using some machinery as required such as vacuums or floor cleaners.

Marketing Coordinator

Primary duties include coordination of special events, development, management and implementation of promotional strategies and campaigns, and facilitation of community sponsorship requests. Tracking ads as needed and working directly with the Players Club for incentives, promotions and advertising trends, as well as assisting in creative concepts and promotional ideas. Secondary duties include: development of proposals and marketing materials, providing assistance to the Marketing Manager on the day-to-day marketing and office tasks.

Casino Operations Compliance/Database Analyst

Responsible for coding and designing programs and developing report output for slots, marketing and Casino Management. Responsible for defining requirements for improving or replacing systems. Designs methods for controlling access to secure information and for measuring the accuracy of data used to develop information. Designs and implements accurate, secure, and efficient databases. Plans and schedules projects to ensure efficiency of casino resources. Provides analysis of performance and variance of slot machines. Provides analysis of marketing events.
